To help determine what you can afford, we will need to collect some information from you.  When you come in for your first meeting, try to bring the following information with you:

Employment & Income - 30 days most current pay stubs and the last two years  W-2's and tax returns.  If self-employed, please bring two years of corporate/partnership returns, if applicable.  If you are receiving social security or disability income, we will need your award letters.

Personal Assets - Two months most current bank statements (all pages) for both checking and savings accounts.

Credit & Debts Balances and account numbers of your current loans and debts, including car loans, school loans, credit card balances and any other loans you may have.   We will also need your bankruptcy papers and foreclosure papers, if applicable.

Rental History - 12 months canceled rent checks (front and back) to show your housing payments are made on time.

Other - we will need a picture ID for all borrowers.  If you pay or received child support, we will need a copy of the court order.
